Repost I Can'T Believe You'Ve Forgotten My Name
No one would believe it Whoever saw us together... Who would believe you've Forgotten my name. Wasn't it just yesterday You said, no one is to blame. We kissed and our embrace was just as warm as before... I can't believe your kisses have deserted me . and are no more. What happened to the sun; Why does the moon no longer Shine? Why does it seem, my life, Is running out of time? I've forgotten how to smile My laugher is hidden away, I want those kisses back, I want our love here to stay. I can't believe you have forgotten My name... You never return my calls Do you think it's some stranger's Heart wanting you spring, Summer, winter and fall? Remember you called me "Baby" You held me in your arms, You promised we'd have forever But now your love is gone. Folks whisper about my sadness Mom worries when I cry You promised you'd see me tomorrow But you only meant good-bye. Have you looked for me in the White pages, Have you ever googled my name, Did you spell it the way I did... I've made no changes. I'm listed under "Baby"... Just in case, my darling. Just in case.
