Last Voyage
I've stood here before, Within, this shadow of Pain... It cloaks me, when I'm sad, It keeps me from going Insane... This mass of Darkness, lures me, Takes me on a journey, without light... It frees me from all the Madness, And comforts me in the night... I'm completely, swallowed in this state, It's intoxicating to my Soul... And even though, I'm tangled in this Asylum, Maybe this time, I'm won't let go... Maybe this time, I'll stay here, It's so weird, but I feel free... My soul is slowly and confusingly drifting, Like a lost ship, out on sea... Sailing freely, within the open blue, Floating all alone... Heading for the Darkness of Death, Until, I'm finally gone... written: 04-03-1997 OCJ original title: Last Voyage "Darkness of Death"
