Saturday
Saturday Taking f-o-r-e-v-e-r to glide into Sunday at midnight Is named after the planet Saturn Circled by a halo of several rings So it is sometimes known as The jewel of a GIANT race track which, stretching for millions and Billions of kilometers Is the Solar System Which is why people who love jewels of any type Should love Saturdays And everybody should know where the days of the week came from So that they will not groan On every Sunday night and Monday morning And struggle through long, dreary Tuesdays and Wednesdays And Thursdays as well And be happy only on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays For all seven have a special meaning each Whether or not they want to accept this strange fact Saturday is not the king of the week And Sunday helps to keep Saturday more like the other days By being another day of rest, just like Saturday But it has also been said that Saturday is named after The Titan in Roman mythology called Saturn Whose name is shared with the ring decorated planet The god of agriculture and The Bringer of Old Age Thus Saturday is named after the god of time Saturn’s day Is on the last of seven days in the week Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and finally, Saturday
