The Nature of Man
The Nature of Man The hills are full of light like shining stars on a dark sky, a pretty sight for weary traveler. The rich have moved inland now as the sea stinks of dead fish and stranded whales. There is a social order the wealthiest live on top of the hill and prices gradually sinks till where the village is near the dry river, that occasionally floods and there are an invasion of frogs, a creature that survive any world disorder, yet so full of chemicals the river banks are full of phosphorous light that looks enchanting when seen by those who live uphill. The fish industry has moved inland big tanks of sardines and cods, but it is luxury food only affordable for those on top of the human pyramid. Everything has changed, where a wanderer could walk and see rabbits and boars run, now he meets security guards, in fancy uniforms, telling him this is private property keep out. The underpaid are chasing the poor and feel good about it. The social order remains, this because it is in our nature to be the best, the strongest, the cleverest, the fasted and the most ruthless, talk of equality is for losers and intellectuals.
