Ken and Julie
“I hear a squeaking mouse behind me,” Ken said. Julie spoke, “No it’s just a squirrel’s tail coming ahead.” “You have a way with splendid words, you know You could be a poet with soft spoken words to show.” “I’ve never thought of that before Do you think I could be more?” Ken told her, “You could be one of the best.” “Thank you Ken, you are most generous.” “No problem, anytime, you are my sweet miss. Could you please give me a nice warm kiss?” Julie spoke, “No you can’t for I’m a hopeless romantic And anything you do like that would make me sick For I’m in love with you, I don’t want to lose you So if we never start, we’ll never part, and I’ll never be blue.” Ken said, “I understand your heart on this one But wouldn’t it be better if we give it the gun And try to make it together?” “Maybe I’ll try one another.” “Come hold me now, my tender poetic love,” Ken told her. “I’m yours now and for all time, love forever!” Russell Sivey Entrant into FRANK H.'s "THE CONVERSATION" contest
