Personal Poetry By Free Cee
I WENT TO VISIT MY MOM BUT THERE WAS A STRANGE OLD LADY IN MY MOTHERS BED Yes Mom, I did it just for you The thing you always told me to do No,,,,,,,,more like asked me to do with your kindly flair So I thought this only fair I always told you I didn’t like it that way Oh, if only I’d listened to all you had to say So I wore it especially for this day That wasn’t too great a price for me to pay See, Mom, if you look in the back you can tell And I’ll wager you’d say “and your wardrobe looks well” But should I walk in without it you’d gasp for air “my god son, look at your hair” I’ll bet you the color is wrong and it’s not tight enough And if you could you’d make the necessary adjustments you’d do it gently, never rough But you can’t do that anymore and that’s simply isn’t fair Thus upon this day of your death, Mom, just for you I put a pony-tail in my hair THREE MONTHS MOM AND I STILL WEEP FOR MY ONLY ALLY BLESS YOU AND GOODBYE © 2011.….phreepoetree ~free cee!~
