Montana Skies
a passing glance is all it took how could it be that with just one look you turned my whole world upside down dont think about the past it wont help us last and we can stand the test of time on our own Montana dont cry over Tennessee skies cause im here to take away all those sad sighs and baby dont ya go cause then youll never really know just where it is that my heart lies my heart wont lie to you every word i said id bet youd bet it were true years comin on faster than expected and with every passing moment another memory collected and stored away with all that youve given me. so Montana dont cry over unfamiliar skies youre sure ill never leave your side our babies will go soon and well be alone too counting down the days to our last sunrise. one last dance and a kiss good bye under a purple sky 60 years and we never asked why we were never the kind for questions but always a different answer dancin inside our hearts under Tennesse grass but in the clouds we rest after out bodies have died now headed to the best days of our lives over, Montana...skies
