Emptiness is the key to success of absent minded mental anguish to self esteem and reliance on others is forgotten. so write it down surround yourself with nothing until your head is clear enough to see the water on the side less traveled by the subconscious mind, dream of not dreaming. Fear has no principal without the existence of remembering we mean nothing to our selves. (this was written in two minutes of a manic episode)
