Someone Asked Me a Question Was It You
Someone asked me the following question: "What does it really mean to be a Christian?" I tried to explain the best way that I could. "It means to obey God's commands and to be good." As I spoke these words. It became more revealing. The words I spoke... Were a bit "deceiving." It's more than just "being good," & obeying God's commands. It's a way of living... That I need to understand. Being an example of Christ... is what I need to be. Loving him... And being his light for all men to see! As I please the heavenly father, in what I say and do... During my struggles and temptations... He will see me through! Being a Christian is really a "brand new way of living." It's my life for Christ... Is what I am giving! Jesus will never disappoint those who choose him to follow. He is always with us. Both today and tomorrow! By Jim Pemberton 05/01/09
