No One Remembers
Some things you never forget, some things just stick like how about our first kiss? And think back to when we’d drive around on back roads with nowhere to go just your hand to hold Oh, but now every thought of us is slipping like sand Never knew lying and forgetting went hand-in-hand How did you throw away all the dreams that we made? Just let them go to waste We may have been young but that's no excuse to forget about the way it was for me and you Been so long, maybe my facts are wrong but if I recall Tim McGraw sang our song Think we used to say "I love you" Or maybe I'm just a little bit confused Didn't we carve our forever up in that tree? Guess no one remembers but me You might just think I'm plain crazy, But my memory of you is the one thing that isn't fading Been so long, maybe my facts are wrong The past gets muddled so easily When no one remembers but me
