I have you, and you have me, But we never see each other. I’m happy just to call you mine, Don’t get me wrong I love it. But occasionally I’d like to see you, Outside of school, and our houses. We’ve never gone on a date, Unless you count school dances, (Which I don’t at all). I’d like to go to a movie with you, Or to a park or to the beach. I don’t ask for much I really don’t, But flowers would be nice occasionally. I’ve imagined you showing up at my door, Un-announced, just to see me. Even if it’s for only 30 seconds. You don’t have to, you really don’t. Cuz I know this all seems movie-ish. You probably won’t even read this. But it’s nice to think you will, It’s nice to imagine that you would, And do the things I’ve mentioned.
