Much on your agenda, you were ready to start, Mind racing in perfect time with your heart. Garage doors up, I could hear the sound, Of a busy boy pounding the ground. Watching out the window at this little tike, I could see him gearing up to ride his bike. With helmet on, grinning ear to ear, He looked up to see my approving glare. I waved him on, and off he went, Up the sidewalk in a happy sprint. I thought to myself, “This is how life should be”. “Easily amused and feeling free”.
