An Analogy
An Analogy By Elton Camp The cowiger in the world’s on the prowl If you see him, you better give out a howl A tiger and a cow fell so madly in love Misuse of their child they didn’t think of His relatives treat the cowiger very wrong And say in neither world does he belong The tigers tell him he’s too much like a cow While the cows, such a combination disallow With neither group is he allowed to fit in Both seem to think his existence is a sin The cowiger, great resentment does feel With such prejudice, there’s no way to deal This has made him angry and his life to hate And will pounce on any who smirk or bait If he comes near, here’s what’s best to do Back off if he growls or if he says, “Moo” He may lash out at those who bigotry show He’s tired of hearing it wherever he does go
