And this is what I've been taught. forget everything that you thought when it comes to this emotion. tho pain hurts, know that it is the inevitable, tho suffering itself, is truly optional. As people, we are taught that pain is evil & dangerous. But pain comes to wake us up, shake us up & build us up. So many try to hide their pain. But pain is meant to be carried, like a radio. If it wasn't for the experiences of pain, how would you ever be able to STAND & say that ur strong? Pain is a feeling...ur feelings are apart of you...they're ur own reality. If we feel ashamed & hide our pain, we are allowing society to destroy our reality. As you experience pain, you should also experience strength, Its all in the way you carry it. We aren't to suppress neither hurt nor pain... but we are to express...submit and or publicize or hurt & pain. When weakness leaves the body, it opens the door for strength to enter in. As the tears flow like an un-gated river, pain is released like an unwanted addiction. And strength enters in like a new found love...so just let it flow ? ? ? In an attempt to hide and or suppress our pain, We deliberately inflict MORe pain than what was initially intended. So,Embrace you reality & carry it better than any ballot you could ever read.
