Your Way
You tell me to talk to you, and for reasons known I can't. Common sense or non at all, I'm only human! You think? I'm really not trying to rhyme with this, I'm writting how I feel. No matter what you think or feel my feelings are true and real!! I try to think positive and do positive things, You tend to knock them out before the bell even rings. I constantly see the pot always calling the kettle black. I can't talk to you, no matter how hard I try. You won't give me a chance to even partially make it by! Me being me, and having my own way, Throughout my life it's not possible and I don't know what to say. You judge people in a way that I know is not your own. You claim you don't care or give a darn for the simple fact you're grown! Put yourself in my shoes, you're always wanting someone in yours!! 'Cause everyone isn't like you, you're perfect, and it doesn't even up the score. You can speak yours, but I can't speak mine. Now tell me where I went wrong with that part of the rhyme? My will is not my own, and that I now see. In your eyes you're all alone, there is no you and me!! I'm to a point and time in my life, where some things must change. Throughout it all and all remains, I won't forget where I come from or my name!!!
