God Will Supply
God will supply nothing but your needs; All your wants might just be wild weeds, Put to mind the mystery of His kind creeds, Focus on fate and faith in his love He leads. I asked for strength, space and speed, He gave me difficulties that kept me on the move. I asked him for wisdom, and a word-well, And he gave me problems and puzzles to solve. I asked for a happy home and lovely life He gave me a wise wife and cheerful children I asked for a juicy job, with wealth and wares He gave me ability to solve people’s problems I asked him for powerful poems to write; He gave me passion, a plain pad and a pen, I asked him for a noble name and… fame, He gave me grace and dropped me in a den. I asked for a wide wood, he gave small seeds, 1 asked for love and he gave me daring deeds, I asked Him for a farm, he gave me flour feeds, I asked Him what I wanted, he supplied my needs.
