Femme Du Jour
long flowing hair, eyes as clear as crystal. winning him over with a quick glimpse of her smile. love was in her heart, but to him she was just a conquest. a female to seduce to speed the time of his unrest. he could tell she would be easy, he'd need only his words to lure. with a wink of his eye and a few sweet words she was his, a delicate femme du jour. sweet nothings he whispered into her ears all night, when it came time to take her home, of course she put up no fight. he took her to bed and to no surprise got his way. and when all was said and done he promised with her he'd stay. but you see she was smarter than that, she could read through his words, and knew they held no fact. she offered a fake smile and played into his game, she gave a sweet smile and whispered his name. to his shock when he turned to look she had impaled him, a knife to the chest. his sweet femme du jour sat there smiling, content with her final conquest.
