An Encounter.
While strolling down the street one day, I saw what appeared to be a lump of clay. I stopped to peruse this odd shaped lump and before my eyes I observed a bump. Sure enough this form took shape when on its back I saw a cape! Around it laid miscellaneous junk, cables and plugs and a small black trunk. Out from this pile two feet stuck forth, with soles as worn as a cliché joke. A tartan rag kept warm its legs, a sordid sight in these the dregs. As I managed to confront this thing, low and behold it began to sing! Oh my god this was a man, believe it or not if you can! To my shock, and my surprise, it stared at me with big blue eyes. The song it sung was sweeter still; down my spine it sent a chill. A wonder on this street I say; this melody that made my day. I did the only decent thing and threw a coin into its bin.
