What will you be doing on that chosen day, Living in sin thinking it will be years away. Will you be ready when the trumpets sound, And the clouds part as our Savior comes down. When He returns, He will come by surprise, There will be no more time or use for lies. What will you be doing on that chosen day, Following the sins of others keeping Christ tucked away. What if our Savior came today And there was no more time to kneel and pray. As you reflect on your life and your behavior Is Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior. You will know as your desires start to align with His will, And the sins of the world are no longer a thrill. You will know as you begin to see His word as the only truth, Whether you are old in age or still just a youth.
