The Breaking of the Fall
Love can be a beautiful Illusion. A mirror that reflects stilll needs a wall. I find solice in the silence goes togather. With the breaking of the fall. In the winds howl on stormy nights. The ocean in summer. young lovers and last rights. We grasp onto velvet skies. Become blind for only moment. To worn out truths and the same old lies. A sail needs air for in the stillness it does stall. Even the worst ego's are willing victems. Love's sudden departure is the breaking of the fall. For as its does vanish it leaves a void to large the shadow does loom. Candles lit seem only to haunt a now empty room. A men we run after that which can leave barely able to crawl. Are we but children skipping stones. Blinded by passion till the breaking of the fall.
