As I Am
AS I AM shards of betrayal didn’t just nick— they carved. left rivers in my chest that bled silence. a loss torn from the screaming grip of my sentimental hands. i chased ghosts through burning rooms, watched dreams blister, peel, and fall like skin. yes. they made me NAKED. emptied— gutted clean by grinning mouths that wore stolen skin. who am i? a raw nerve in the dark, dragging innocence like a corpse. a body moving because no one stopped it. me. NAKED. scraped down to soul, touched by hands that never cared to ask. nailed to a pedestal built from everything they shattered. that is why you see me— still standing, still split wide— as i am. --- so let them see— this ruin breathes. my bones remember fire better than flesh ever could. i rise, not healed— but dangerous. as i am. i learned their language— the blade behind the smile. now my silence cuts cleaner than their lies ever did. i don't forgive. i don't forget. i watch. the cracks stayed. so did i. even broken things learn how to hurt back. i wear my scars like teeth. as i am.
