Through Madness and Mayhem
Through the Madness and Mayhem “Alice, Alice,” the Mad Hatter said, “come to the table where jesters dance A tale I'll weave, of merry delight so that you can enjoy, laugh and prance Alice was awed, her head was bowed, but soon she jerked up straight “Oh Alice, have some tea, it may be cold, why oh why are you so late? We played a game of hide-and-seek, it went on for hours,” the Hatter said “Why,” asked Alice all in awe, “did it take so long to get on the head?” “You know good friends are hard to find,” was what Hatter said. “Somebody stole my Microsoft Office and they are going to pay They have my Word and my documents too I pray.” Hatter stared at the table and said, “I hate this mess and what I think My friend got hit by a soda, thank God it was a soft drink!” But in this merry, uproarious place, Was a snail with a slow-paced grace. He joined the scene with a witty pun, "Oh, I’m not fast, but I’m ‘escargot’-ing to fun!" Dormouse piped in, “I had a dream last night. It was strange.” “Pray tell,” implored Alice. Want hot tea? I will arrange. “I was swimming in a lot of orange soda Turned out to be a Fanta Sea, sorta.” “March Hare, a very merry un-birthday to you. Tell us a story too.” “Thank you, thank you, I have a story and a good one for you. My wife tried to apply at the post office, but they wouldn’t letter. They said only mails work here. Ha ha ha Can you do any better?” “Why is a raven like a writing desk,” asked Hatter. “I have no idea,” said Alice. “Is it because it is fatter? “I wasn’t originally going to get a brain transplant, but then I changed my mind.” “Ha ha ha, Alice. A merry un-birthday to you my dear. Bless your heart, you are kind” “Tea, tea, tea, hot tea and cakes. Serve, serve serve. Cold tea, cold tea, cold tea, some nerve! Dormouse, dormouse, a very merry un-birthday to you, to you Tell us a story, tell us a story so before I get cakes, tea and the flu.” “The machine at the coin factory just suddenly stopped working, hey gents It doesn’t seem to make any cents.” “Ha, ha, ha, good one. Enjoy your un-birthday I will get cake and tea Make sure you stay, eat, tell tales, tales of sorrow and of glee.” “I have to go down the rabbit hole again. I must go, I must go First, I must eat some cake and drink some tea so my cheeks aglow. The past, the present, and the future walk into a bar. It was tense!” Talk about tense, talk about sense, talk about news, talk about world I gotta go now, no time for cake, no time for tea, no time at all I feel curled.
