It’s Okay, Not To Be Okay
It’s okay to stumble, to break and to fall, To feel like you’re nothing, like nothing at all. The weight on your chest, the ache in your soul — It’s not a reflection of losing control. It’s okay to cry when the pain runs too deep, To shatter in silence when no one can see. Your tears are not weakness, nor shame in disguise — They’re proof of the storms you’ve survived in your eyes. It’s okay to pause, to not have a plan, To tremble in fear when you don't think you can. The bravest of hearts are burdened with doubt, But healing begins when you let it pour out. It’s okay to rage, to scream at the sky, To question the reason, the how and the why. You’re not defined by the days that you break — The cracks in your spirit are spaces to make. It’s okay to not be okay for a while, To wear your own sorrow without a fake smile. But know as you wander through shadows and rain — The sun still remembers how to rise once again.
