Two Wheels, One Journey
--- Two Wheels, One Journey A little boy, so full of cheer, Pedals fast without a fear. Through winding paths, so lush, so green, A world of wonders yet unseen. His laughter rings, so pure, so light, Chasing birds that dance in flight. The morning sun glows warm and bright, A golden spark in childlike sight. The road ahead is smooth and wide, Adventure calling from each side. No weight to bear, no past to know, Just where the gentle breezes blow. With tiny hands, he steers with glee, The world is vast, yet worry-free. Each push, each turn, a brand-new tale, A dream set loose upon the trail. But time moves on, as time must do, The seasons change, the boy does too. The years unfold, the laughter stays, Yet life brings storms, its darker days. Now silver strands crown wiser hair, Yet still, he rides without a care. The trees still wave, the rivers hum, The echoes of his youth still come. Though knees may ache and pace be slow, The heart still beats with what he knows— That joy is found in simple things, Like riding free where sparrows sing. The path remains, the wheels still spin, A journey old, yet fresh within. For age may touch the hands and face, But never steal the soul’s embrace. For life is short, but love runs deep, And childhood dreams are ours to keep. Two wheels, one heart, forever free, Through life's long life
