A Lover's Karma
Once a lover tried to love But was rejected back instead Put aside for some other one Was left in the back alley for dead "Why does this keep happening?" The lover asked himself "The point that they keep forgetting me..." "And leaving me on the shelf?" It's one thing to help someone It's a completely other too hurt Even if you find another one Think of the first lover FIRST Going off and leaving them Without a say, "Goodbye" Or not even, "I'm sorry, but it has to end.." "You're sure one hell of a guy!:)" But no, just pack your things And all your dreams and thoughts Go on to the next best thing And leave that lover in distraught Better things are yet to come And karma will catch on So while you're doing well and having fun Just know, your doom, it won't be long
