I was trying to find a corner in this haze, Except that it was a circular maze. I wanted to see the end, Who knew this maze was my only friend? It seemed confusing and hard at the beginning, Especially for someone who was used to winning. Initially, I could not find a reason for this sudden maze; It seemed like a trap. The carved paths told me, "It is just a phase," So I moved along the path, Fighting the evil, cherishing the good, And leaving it in the past. I met some angels along the way, Who guided me night and day. I tried, tried, and tried, hoping that one day I would escape. So I moved along the path, Letting the sunshine warm me and the winter teach me. I bowed down, opened my arms, and embraced the wrath. It rebuilt the person I was, Killed the fear in me and earned me applause. And then I realized— The maze was never circular, Just some fools like me try seeking the eternal. Hence, if there is one thing that I have learned, Life is not straight; instead, it is curved. It makes me think we find death and the end simultaneously. So, what’s the point of circling in these loops of infinity? I must admit it now— This maze is hard, But there is peace in it somehow. Sooner or later, whenever I reach the end, My journey through the maze will always make me proud.
