Lifetime: Time-line
I don't know what it is when I meet someone I like, instantly I think we were meant to be I can feel it but the whole time I feel what he feels and it gets deep that we both need to heal. In due time we'll cross the line and spiral back around; maybe in another lifetime, you'll sooner or later be mine In my mind our hearts beat closer but our minds go astray Knowing that one day our love may finally come back together and stay Now I don't know if we'll ever be on the same accord Things are expensive to afford the feeling I have for him or maybe I'm just bored I know that in this lifetime I met someone that only ignored My time and effort, my body and mind he has explored Only to find out that within this timeline, that wasn't enough to show him vulnerability but I saw it In a glimpse, in a moment, we both shared the same pain The connection was not in vain but was explained through the window pains of the soul Our eyes locked, curtains of water filled as we turn away being stubborn to the fact that we both felt the same way I don't know why we play these games that we play Our timeline will cross again, maybe not, maybe another lifetime, who knows, but one thing I do know is that we've both been hurt and I hope he gets what can reassure and heal, as do I, but until I'll find a way to deal.
