When the Rabbits Came to Town
Do you remember years ago, the mystery so profound? that frightful day the rabbits came to town. I'm sorry. I didn't see you. Were you not around? to feel the chill of when the rabbits came to town. They were quieter than mice. You couldn't hear a sound - or did you hear it when those rabbits came to town? Once, I was really something a man of some renown - but that was before the rabbits came to town. What was it you were saying - I owe you fifty crown? I would pay you gladly, but the rabbits came to town. Some say I went rabbit hunting. Some say they put me in the ground, that I'd met the business end of when rabbits come to town. Now, no one can ever find me. No, I can never be found, ever since that day the rabbits came to town.
