Endless epics etched in each emerald, earthy bark, Serene saga where sustenance has steadily grown. Sunshine soft strokes sketch stories seldom known, A tribute to time timeless trailblazing arc; Even enormous edifices embrace this ethereal tone. My mug meets the chilly, coarse paving stone, With weary windows shut, seconds slither in disavow, My misery meanders, my fright now a cold vow. How hollow I would feel without this night cyclone; A brisk breeze that bites brushes from my brow. It twirls in terrible taint with my tattered tunic, Threadbare trappings are where trinkets once thrived, If candlelight fell on lavish flows and cups assigned, I pause to ponder pastimes of playful daylight rubric; Descends delightful dales of green brush sides. Where wisping willows weave whimsical awe, During healing trips, seraphic guides embrace, I grasped a gorgeous gathering of queen lace; My fingers are full, not these faded, featureless jaws I clasped my loved one's hand to steady my pace. Two tender tales twined eternally, as tears flow; Swiftly, I shall spring and silently slink, Two tombs I have taken from the tattered brink My sapphire-eyed spouse once cast a show I'm hiding behind clumps of garlic and ivy stink. Beside the sparkling stone spout of soothing streams, I lie languidly in this lightless lair, yet no respite here While wicked winds wail with wild tout and smear; Some splendid day, his strength shall surely gleam, Some sunny day, my steadfast spirit shall surely fear. Lingering love is causing me to lose my sense of logic, I shall serenade sweetly to his song of longing and pain I shall shatter the shackles of this shadowy cell again I shall swiftly slide down the sturdy stone steps, Tonic. A line lingering for ages is leaping from this domain. For a fleeting flash, fervent feelings so fierce, My mindful gaze must meet the rock at last There won't be any shocking surprises in the cast Our names will be knotted; that may not pierce Soulless, time-tattered stone stands as sole aghast.
