Despair
Despair; an intrinsic component of human nature, an emotion in which every individual must confront before comprehending the full extent of their fortitude. As dangerous as it may be, there is power in despair. Despair is an inherent part of the human experience, and it can be a transformative emotion that ultimately reveals our inner strength and resilience. Despair can be a dark and overwhelming feeling, but it can also be a catalyst for growth and self-reflection. It's through facing and working through despair that we can discover our capacity for resilience, adaptability, and courage. "Fall seven times, stand up eight." Despair may knock us down; be it unrequited love, loss, misfortune and so on, but it's up to us to rise again, stronger and more resilient than before. In despair we find the most pessimistic and hardened parts of ourselves. In finding our darker sides we can be, ironically, more whole.
