With tattered clothes and scratches on my body I screamed and shook the man next to me Still sleeping holding two empty bottles of whisky I cried, “Honey, wake up! Where are we?” I remembered, we’ve partied all night A batch farewell to welcome our new flight We ate, danced and sang karaoke on the beach Then sailed, with free boat, one partner each. While sailing, we sang the owl and the pussycat, When a storm came, we lost our track Our boat capsized…a wreckage… then what? In that foreign tropical island came our best luck! A tribe came singing and dancing around us, They thought we were gifts from their gods They offered us foods, fruits, garlands, plus Bars of gold, precious stones… I was so glad! We were kept in the heart of a forest, a paradise I was like a queen, a leader gowned in white They were too kind, loving and extremely nice Gave us grandiose wedding, what a great delight! But we’ve missed our loved ones, family and home We bid goodbye, not happy with treasures alone They built us beautiful raft and we sailed soon That night when the sea was calmed by the full moon.
