Don’t eat, don’t drink, count your steps. Count steps, count calories, always over think. Make sure to hide the fact you were sick. Rinse and repeat it’s how my brain ticks. Down the throat just one little flick. Just like a switch, all of a sudden I’m sick. Throw it up, warm and burning, the taste of relief in my throat all thick. Rinse and repeat, now brush my teeth. Rinse away the evidence but be careful don’t swallow, you might choke. Choking on calories that don’t even exist. Don’t eat, don’t drink, count your steps. Count steps, count calories, always over think. Look in the mirror, see all those lumps ? Soon I won’t have these humps. The voices inside screaming, just one meal a day to keep family at bay. Then when they aren’t looking don’t let it stay. Just tell them your going out for a jay. Down the throat, before it’s too late. Can’t let them see you in this state.
