A FUNTASTIC TALE BY MONKEY TAIL
For my dearest grand-daughter A fantasy wish for me and you, To dance the whole night through, To rent a clown and laugh all night, Ride star beams that shine so bright, And play with snowflakes as they fall, Live our dreams each one and all. A fantasy wish for me and you, To find a forest and sip witches brew, Spot little bo beep on a floating cloud, Fly past superman no doubt, Chase a meat ball covered in cheese, Fly a kite to Mars and back with ease. My fantasy wish for me and you, To shed happy tears, more than a few, Spend a day at school and graduate, Fly in a sports car, at some future date, Contact aliens with a megaphone, Never unturned should we leave a stone. My fantasy wish for you and me Invite garden fairies to afternoon tea, Go to Disney Land, kidnap Micky Mouse, Spin and spill your magic, let it bounce, And last of all, please don’t forget, To bring along your safety net.
