Queen of Madness Act2
Even now, she could recall the intoxicating ecstasy that consumed her as the blade bit and tore. A perverse mix of terror and dominance, an unholy sacrament enacted to satisfy depravities that should have died in their infancy. Her soul had birthed a monster that had gleefully slaughtered her loved ones and disappeared into the chaotic night. The veil of insanity lifted, leaving Alice floundering amidst her sins, laid bare before a revelation that irrevocably altered the fragile strands of her life. Upon the icy floor, she lay shattered, a broken doll amidst nightmares seared with hellish clarity upon the canvas of reality. Here lay the corpse of truth, revealing mysteries that tore her psyche and self beyond recovery. What remnants could possibly escape the ruins so plainly etched all around? In this stark wasteland of her own creation, was there any salvation left to be found? Exhausted yet denied rest, Alice sought refuge within herself from the unrelenting gaze of revelation. Yet Wonderland reflected only the desolation of her soul. The vibrant greens and enchanting allure of whimsy were long gone. In the realm of dreams, all lay in sepulchral ruins where light and joy had perished utterly. Through the ruins, Alice crept, shivering amidst the shades and shadows that dwelt where life once flourished. There was solace to be found, but only for the apparition materializing amidst the windswept rubble. Her mother's specter hovered, silhouetted against a blood-red moon, her gaze sweeping across the devastated landscape with eyes like black holes swallowing light and hope. Her presence crushed Alice beneath an avalanche of guilt, a burden she could no longer banish even in the sanctuary of her dreams. Advancing with the predatory grace of a nightmare, her father stood, radiating an aura blacker than the starless firmament itself. His wounds festered, a testament to Alice's crimes that had given them life. "You did this, Alice!" His voice echoed from the furthest reaches of hell itself. "You condemned us both with your evil hands. Now our souls are lost to everlasting anguish, and you deserve no less." Her mother's specter lunged, her hands seizing Alice's throat in a stranglehold of accusing wrath. "I am the one you slaughtered, the face of your dark crime given a mockery of life! I come to drag you down where neither forgiveness nor escape may follow!"
