14 eggs 2 1/2 tsp. of salt 2 1/2 tbsp. of vinegar 8 cloves of garlic 2 korean green peppers 1 redli 4 green peppers 1 1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds 1 cup of soy sauce 4 tablespoons of crown royal 1/2 cup of honey 2 tbsp. of sesame see oil 2 tsp of chopped ginger root Hard boil eggs 20 minutes. Peel after ice bath. Peel eggs in a bowl. in a sauce pan add all ingredients except eggs. bring to a simmer, remove from heat in a tupperware bowl add marinade and eggs. cover and let sit for one day. 10 cups of cooked ramen noodles 4 cups of shredded roasted pork or chicken 4 cups of shredded carrots sauteed in olive oil 4 cups of sliced ake mushroom and sliced button mushrooms (sauteed in olive oil) 1 cup of steamed green onion julienned (sauteed in olive oil) mix veggies top noodles sprinkle on pork or chicken ( or both) add both egg and egg broth serve warm!!
