Walking Again Down The Path Of Youth
Time has wrinkled our weeping faces, never withered any of the embraces; oh, how delightful is to walk again down the path of youth and not fear whatever fate brings upon us: joy or pain... nothing can tear down what we hold dear! Darling, how can we not miss our ling strolls... listening to hummingbirds, smelling roses and hum happily their sweet and lovely songs; they got closer, we fed them breadcrumbs! We were separated by tragic events, cried alone but nobody was around; we regret lost days and unsaid words... no poet could have said them better than us we have another chance to say them aloud: let's hold hands and speak them and feel bound! Another evening shows the same blazing colors that amazed us as wonderful dreams took us far; and we dreamt as if they would last a bit longer and keep us always near: did we ever have doubts? Today, we walk again down the path of youth, little we knew it wouldn't have been smooth; we lost our sweethearts, we long for friendship: did our sparking flame die on that romantic trip?
