A mushroom cloud in the sky, A sight that no one can deny. The people of Hiroshima were left in grief, The horrific event they had to cope with. The memory of the bombing still lingers, A reminder of the pain and suffering it brings. The flames and smoke, a sight so grim, The deceased lay still with no life within. The darkness of the morning sky, Tens and thousands of civilians died. No more laughter, only more sickness, Only the memory of the bomb's limits.
