Afterwards I wonder what the -non- fuss was about
I can't tell if I'm spiralling up or down It doesn't take much sometimes I suppose this is called reeling (Loss of balance) No one need ever know, I can hide it I shouldn't stay home Mondays 'Reeling' I can feel the whole word Imagine the spin, wanting to be brought back Then the links to reality - hey everything is fine Except balance points - none but my own two feet I'm mixing up the meanings of the word Just like thoughts and feelings get jumbled I'll put everyone at arms length I'll fret that I'm unwanted I'll sit quietly waiting for it to pass I have been triggered My heart races, my heart races I need to touch the ground And then I spoke to a friend Everything sorted itself out Lines unravelled It's all ok when I'm just understood And given a moment
