No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him. 1 John 3:3-6 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth, [of God] is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleans us [purify us] from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:8-9. If only in this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitted more than all men. 1 Corinthians 15:16 If Christ wasn't ever intended to: first defeat the works of the devil, present Himself as the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, to rescue all of those who believed in Him. All from the forces of death, hell and the grave; than Jesus Christ would have never left heaven and came down to earth in the first place. The Jews would be still sacrificing birds and animals and the gentiles would have perished in their sins. Until they became converted to Judaism. But GOD rescued us from the grave!
