Dream Waves
Is that the ocean? Can this be true That I'm sitting on a beach with you? If not, please dream don't go away Keep me here another day And it would be just fine by me To never leave, I'd be set free As you and I are holding hands This plane takes off and never lands We fly away to shores sun-kissed Turquoise blue, a sea spray mist Refreshing, cooling, bodies hot I'll love you now right on the spot There's no one else to interrupt So we don't have to be abrupt Let's take our time, or better yet Wait until today's sunset And let the pastel colored skies Illuminate your bright blue eyes So in them I with passion-stare Can behold my reflection there And without words convey how much I've waited for your loving touch A tracing up and down my back Of ardor there will be no lack
