Longing
What is? Fortitude. Let that sink in for a while. Missed the mark. Damn names, who's falling behind, body or mind? Image, like you know what that means. Faux pas, reset that weakness, just whisper. Comfort in nostalgia. No, do not come to me! You have no say in my path these days. Repent, I shouldn't laugh; this was not my plan, Alleluya. Render the madness; the cut is deep. Though I say sorry, you're not worthy, pushed aside! You'll forever be. Who should I listen to? Think of me. Break into chapters; this is where I am now. "Kind words," that was too good. Repercussion, dry off, it's for the best. Anticipated the length; move on to the next, demands respect. Your picture I cannot leave, in the palm of my hands holding out every ounce of me. It's all yours if you want it to be. Lost the will to pursue material, what has this turned into? Pleasure or business, who am I kidding... what brings the riches? This path is not for solace. Who gave you the right to think so in the first place? "God's given gift, that you are." Give this a filter with all that's been said; change the aspect for no one will know what truth lies ahead. "How much I loved you." Little glimpses of happiness, remember when? Shouting out one's mind connecting to yours, is it? Sitting in candlelight behind closed doors making stories as outside stares. To those stroking the arm of that you love in the early hours, this is what I envy, I cherish, only rhythm can change intention but the future won't replace. Thank you for sharing me, but it never ends. Reptile_NIN
