POEM: Welcome to Palestine. The land of the prophets and the martyrs. Let’s show show some respect, and bow down in humility… Gaza may be small, but their angels are all over and as far as the eye can see.. Saying Herod, Nimrod, and Pharoah are saints. How can this be? Believe me, They were barbaric tyrants, so listen to this humble plea… Occupational Fighter-jets, tanks, missiles, and drones.. Fighting against fearless resistance including children with stones.. In an asymmetric war…Instead of fighting combatants.. The Oppressor Bombs shatter innocents in their homes.. Monstrous savages playing victims, but their true faces overthrown… Claiming to be the chosen, violating sacred commands… "Thou shall not kill!" echoes, but they still twist what God really demands… Hateful Zionists with their anti-Semitism rant… A cunning veil of deceit they use as a universal chant.. The REAL Jews you see with Palestinian flags.. They march with the rest of us, for they are NOT cheap rags.. No Hamas in the West Bank, yet they raid our homes at night.. Detaining little children for no crime, with all their brutal might.. Parents mourn as their children are dragged out of sight.. Causing them an endless and painful plight. Even my olive trees invoke in them utmost fear.. A symbol of my heritage even that they don't spare.. Does that sound like the chosen people of God? With a forged birthright claim and western colonial nod… Judgment is coming for they were twice warned of corruption… A Twofold divine justice awaits their reckless peace disruption.. Awaiting the Messiah, BUT they mocked Him in his first coming.. Hearing they hear not, seeing they don't see. Their apathy is numbing… Oppressors stand to lose, and will eventually flee… They try to bury the truth, but truth is like a seed, it will grow and be free… Persecuted in Europe, seeking refuge they came here.. A brotherly haven, we offered them without fear… They chose to backstab us with their enablers in disguise… They preach Equality and Democracy, but the natives of the land they look upon with despise… Betraying the bonds we had built where Christians, Muslims, and Jews lived in peace side-by-side.. In their well-planned mayhem, they left years of trust compromised… World War II echoes still resound… We had no part to play in it, yet guilty WE are found? In our generational homeland, like refugees you turned us around… From persecution to persecution, with a tragic twist… A dagger in the heart, a betrayal hard to dismiss… But truth persists, like an unwavering flame… Justice will rise, no matter the scale of your propaganda game…. On every moral ground we have been wronged.. For Freedom and Peace is all we have longed… Illegal Settlers say we are to blame.. You dehumanize the victim. Do you have NO shame? Each day of this occupation since 1948… Yet Oct 7th is where you wanna start the debate… 20,000 innocent lives including 8000 children..Schools, Hospitals, and half of all our homes.. You claim they mean nothing in front of your 5% ancestral genomes..? Rooh-un-Rooh-- The SOUL of my SOUL.. Reem and her grandpa's story needs to be told.. People of Gaza have taught us what is faith.. Dead children in their arms, yet the Almighty they praise.. Victory I feel is resoundingly near… From the river to the sea, freedom without fear… Standing for what's right is everyone's moral duty… From the river to the sea, God Willing!
