I hope she will know, even when I don’t show… I love her so – Oh, I love her so, the soul, Who is the reason I can say, she is my friend, Even when I don’t know how to encourage or hearten. She is the friend who is like a pearl herself - within She has been broken, damaged by the sands of sorrow – But, as time passes – she is changing to a treasure, A beautiful pearl who only God could have nurtured – With His own sustenance, the wonder of His gift, The love that is alive, the love that is His to give, the love… That rests inside those who know He is with them!
