The Bells of Nativity
"Constant chimes and chimes of a bell Connect men with their inner self And create a state of marvel” By the poet Written 7 December 2023 Bells Poetry Contest Sponsored by Kim Rodrigues The Bells of Nativity On this night of Nativity Of the Lord`s Only Divine Son Let bells of creativity Chime to the tune of the season; On this night of Nativity Let bells ting atop all churches And with clinks of deep unity Let no man be left in the lurch; On this night of Nativity Let bells ting to spread love afar From the crest of the Trinity To brighten man`s life like a star. On this night of Nativity Let bells tinkle to convey peace With the white shine of purity That man may experience His bliss; On this night of Nativity Let bells rhyme the Words of the Lord For the gem of fraternity To the deepest one can afford; On this day of Nativity Let us mark it as Christmas day With jingle bells of piety The Twenty-Fifth December Day.
