If It Was Not For Poetry
If It Wasn'r For Poetry If it wasn't for poetry, I’ve never been comforted from the loss of my loved ones, pets’ demise, worries and anxiety. It was poetry that cheered me up, caressed the wounds in my heart, as I poured out in words my thoughts and feelings in God’s mercy and light. If it wasn't for poetry, no sweet accounts of all the people I love, places and nature I admire, no praise and thanksgiving to God by sharing His words, blessings, power and love. If it wasn’t for poetry, I’ve no creative diary of my memorable good and bad times, no aesthetic expression of love, appreciation with greetings and wishes to everyone. . If it was not for poetry, what a boring and futile life I have, Oftentimes tired at work, sickly, no smiles nor laughter… always breathing so sad.
