The sadness beckons me to remain in this horrid state. But her whispering song of gentle kindness will not abate. The pull of a loss so profound it gathers its awful gloom. Tears streaked down my face as I cried, alone in my room. I cannot fathom my life without my cherished loved one. Seeing her closed casket has shaken my resolve to the bone.
