Black Sheep To Goat
Black sheep to goat Pull out a pen & pad and please take note But make sure the pad is thick and the pen is filled with ink 'Cause I have a truckload of information that'll make you think This tale is not for the faint of heart The clandestine dealings behind the veil from the very start Who would've thought the main character would be little ol' me Yes. Little humble me the black sheep of the family Quiet vitriol figured prominently in the familial landscape I thought it was about giving, receiving, and showing love but I realized I had to escape Run, yes, run to my beautiful destiny Away, far away from dark energy I pondered as I wandered....... just reeling Why or How could this be while I licked my wounds waiting for healing But as I looked within for refuge and solace Edifying messages from ancestral guides kept whispering, "You got this, now keep the promise" So, the promise I shall humbly keep Today I am the GOAT, gone is the day of the black sheep
