Leading To
He asks if its rude To postpone the last, Move it to next So he can go home. Honest, I tell him Yes it would But he can. He asks if I’m sure But decides to stay If only Cause I’d be waiting anyway. In those four walls, I tell him sorry ‘Why’ or ‘for what’ he asks, Closing in. ‘Keeping you here’ I say as he leans. ‘It’s fine’ He says, turning me round. He kisses me soft, Gentle, messy. Familiar and welcome, I kiss back. He touches behind, Squeezing With meaning. ‘Can I?’ he asks, forehead to mine. I tell him yes, And his breathing hitches As he hikes up my skirt And slips beneath the tights. He touches me there, Kisses me hard. When he smiles, I know there’s devious thoughts. On the field He asks me What I want to do And hints that He’d like to. But I’m nervous New, and bad At picking up hints So I ask what he means. One thing that’s nice Will lead to the next And what that means Is it will be sex. Though I’m not opposed To the lead up of it all, I’m physically attracted And that’s my warning. If it lead to, And that’s what he wanted, I know that I can’t Because if anything more, I’ll come to regret Unless we’re together And not just friends.
