The Throwaway Musings That the Dog Has Declined To Hear Me Out On
I woke up drenched in sweat Sometimes that feels like a purge I'm sure it's just linked to summer and the wrong choice of pyjamas, but I felt better I spoke and the things that were unheard yesterday landed Have I sweated away a cloak of misunderstandings? Hey, I don't make up the cosmic rules - try it for yourself and feed back to me... 'Sweaty woman makes sense' - I'm feeling I've never given the sweatiest people significant airtime... this may be a thing (I'll drop it now) What else? That all feels too short on the revelation front I feel better now the stressful day has arrived You can't get over something pending, it's just there, ready to fall on you You walk closer and closer until the shadow of it is blocking the sun (It's an iron weight in the sky in my mind if my sweaty clarity is wearing off btw) I won't get squashed my it today because I already know it's trajectory, I did all along Plus I feel I know my own instincts will jump into action and I'll cope *don't go thinking my identity will be revealed from the news report of "sweaty woman is crushed by anvil" as I plan to shower... while I'm in there I might give my superhero persona a bit more thought
