Talking behind her back on the other side of a cardboard wall Paving the way for a brawl She would always emphasize To speak in a calm tone of voice Speak without insults and name calling Speak without "you" statements and stone walling Speak without swearing. Lower your voice Think about your words. Make a smart choice.
